Having now received treatment for the last 11 months with Jean, my overwhelming response is “Why didn’t I do it earlier?”
For years I had suffered embarrassing hair issues, to the point where it impacted on my confidence. I was so self-conscious about it that I couldn’t even muster the guts to face an electrolysis operator!
I’d also heard some absolute horror stories of botched hair removal jobs so decided it just wasn’t worth (a) the humiliation and (b) the potential risk.
But I was approaching menopause and now the hairs were growing wild, grey and even more stubborn. What a nightmare. After a lifetime of plucking and shaving, I tried laser treatment with little luck so felt I had no choice but to get electrolysis.
I did a lot of research before I decided on Jean. And I couldn’t be happier. She is professional, understanding and thorough. I felt like she was genuinely on the journey with me. And the results have been amazing. I am so grateful to her for both her clinical expertise and kindness.
